At Reception you will find our friendly and experienced staff waiting to meet and greet you. Whether you are arriving for an appointment, collecting your pet, ordering medication or just have a query, you can be assured of our best attention at all times in very pleasant surroundings.

Our Consultation Rooms provide a calming and private atmosphere, where you can discuss any concerns you may have about your pet. Here an initial assessment of any health problems they may have can be established before deciding if treatment or further investigations are required.

Our Wards provide safety and comfort for patients during their recovery period. Our communicative team of qualified staff are there to give care and reassurance for your pets while they are away from home.

We have four Animal Ambulances available for transporting patients between our surgeries and also for home visits.

Should your pet require minor or major surgery, our Operating Theatres house a complete range of equipment for all surgical procedures including pulse oximeters used with the latest anaesthetic equipment.

In Our Laboratory we can perform a wide range of diagnostic blood tests to provide us with full, accurate results in a few hours and in those emergency cases, within minutes.

Ultrasound Our Ultrasound Scanner based at Ewell is portable, which enables transportation to our other surgeries at Chessington and Ewell when required.
Endoscopy This is available at our Ewell Surgery.
X-Ray Unit Once the x-rays are processed in our dark room, we are able to study the results for such problems as fractured bones, arthritis, cruciate problems, tissue trauma and an array of unusual objects that pets do have a tendency to sometimes digest.
